Start with a basic stockinette top and add some textural interest with the simple allover lace pattern along the yoke and you have a super little tank for any occasion. The slubby Berroco Lago yarn is a rayon linen blend, which helps give this pattern interest and nice drape. You could use another rayon blend as long as you make a test swatch to determine if your gauge is accurate.

I like it but there is not a place near me that sells that yarn. Too bad for me.

Find a yarn you like that worked to the gauge (20sts = 4" in st st). That's how you make it your own!

The yarn is actually discontinued, has been for years. You can substitute any dk yarn that works to gauge.

love it

Thanks for letting us know about the broken link. We've updated the pattern, so the link should be working. Please let us know if you see any more issues. Thanks again! Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Go to the and search for Pennekamp in the free patterns.

I would really like to have this pattern, but can't open it from your web-site! Thank you for any assistance.

If you will go to the website Berroco and click on free patterns, you should be able to get the pattern.

Did anyone get the pattern ? The link doesn't work for me either. :o(

I would love the pattern for this but the link does not connect to the pattern, Help!

Go to website and click on free patterns. You should be able to get it.

really love the look of this, so disappionted that the link does not work, is it possible for someone to address this problem please.

This looks great - exactly what I've been looking for to wear under formal jackets - or on its own after work. Unfortunately the link to the pattern doesn't seem to be working.
