Easy Garter Stitch Baby Teether

How to Knit a Baby Teether

  1. CO 6 sts.

  2. Row 1: Sl 1, k across.

  3. Row 2: Sl 1, yo, k to last st, yo, k1.

  4. Rpt rows 1-2 until there are 30 sts on your needles.

  5. Row 3: Sl 1, k across.

  6. Rpt row 3 four times.

  7. Row 4: Sl 1, ssk, k to last 3 sts, k2tog, k1.

  8. Rpt rows 3-4 until 6 sts remain on your needles. BO all sts.

  9. Fold CO end through a wooden ring. Sew into place to secure. Weave in all ends.

Is there an error in the directions? The pattern does not match the picture?

What a clever idea! Several of my girlfriends recently had babies, so this will come in very handy in a few months when they start to teethe.

This is such a cute and easy project! I can't wait to make this for the next baby shower I go to!
