Whomever labelled this a beginner pattern was having a laugh, beginner means basic knitting skills, it takes more than basic skills to complete this pattern.

I followed your instructions, but cannot locate the English version. Would you please email it to me at tlf416@msn.com The shawl is so beautiful, I can't believe it is for beginners. I would love to make one. Thank You, Toni

Hi Toni, you can find the pattern by following this link: http://p4.storage.canalblog.com/48/02/1032368/111030295.pdf. The link is the same pattern for the shawl pictured here but uses different yarn. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

The English link took me the winter (hiver) version. Same pattern different yarn. All text, no chart.

Would liked to have tried to make this beautiful shawl, but I wasn't able to find instructions in English.

I would also like to make this shawl if it was in English

Hello, if you scroll to the bottom of the blog post, you will see a line of text that reads, "You will find the tutorial in English at the bottom of the home page of the model, follow this link and enjoy knitting !!" Click that link and it will take you to another page on the blogger's site. Once on this page, scroll to the bottom of the post and you will see a line of text that reads, "And you can also knit with the english translation." Click on that link and you should be able to view the instructions in English. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

I can't find the blog post to follow your instructions for the tutorial in English.

Hi Yita, it appears as if the blogger's site was temporarily unavailable. It's back up now, so you can follow the directions I posted earlier in order to access the pattern in English. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

No help at all. The instructions are hard to understand for a beginner. Also, can't always find the English version so I'm giving up.
