There is nothing more special than when the weather starts to chill, the leaves start to change, and you can whip out a knit hat for the first time in months. The Autumn Leaves Knit Hat Pattern is the perfect first hat for autumn, sporting seasonal colors and a trendy slouch. The gathered stitches featured in this knitted hat pattern offer an appealing texture to this hat, and the technique is easy enough to master after just a little bit of practice. Since this hat is knit with DK weight yarn, it offers a lovely drape and looks like something you could buy at a boutique.
