"A sophisticated baby blanket dotted with twisted lined with moss, it is well suited to experienced knitters. This work is knit fast enough with 7mm needles, and if possible with a superwash wool, parents will find easy maintenance and will use it a lot!"

Lovely pattern but I can't find the English version of the pattern.

Hello mccutcheonfiona 42 15558! Scroll to the bottom of the blog post and you will find the English version of the pattern. It says, "In english:" and has a link to a PDF. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

This pattern provides a nice introduction into Irish Fisherman knitting. The cabled pattern is simple and repetitive so it should be easy to memorize. I like using the bulky yarn and the big needles, it will make the work go quickly. The pattern is also written in French, but about a quarter of the way down the pattern page, you will find a link to the instructions written in English. In EnglishBabyBlanketNomad
