Hi.. I am quite new to knitting. I can't really figure out how I in the 3d row go from 2 sts to 4sts,could you help, please? S

Could I get a little help with this pattern? I am very new at this. When it gets to the point where it says " continue in established seed stitch pattern", what are my next two rows. I have done it several times and it just doesn't look right. Once I know where to go from there I will be fine. Up to that point it looks fine!
