I could not find rodeo yarn on premier yarn's website except in 3 colors in the discontinued colors of blue, white and blue/white marled. How can I find other colors in worsted weight cotton? Does your pattern use one solid and 2 different marled colors? How many balls of each?

That yarn has been discontinued, however it is a worsted weight cotton/polyester blend, I was able to substitute it successfully with Bernat handicrafter yarn on one and Lion brand 24/7 cotton on another, your yarn amounts will depend on the size you intend to make. To substitute, find the yardage for the size you wish to make, listed in the pattern by size, divide it by 3, for the 3 colors, then calculate the yardage needed per skein, then divide the unavailable yarns yardage by the yardage of the substitute yarn. Hope this helps, happy knitting.
