Lacy Pyramid Knit Afghan

A lovely triangle design motif repeats to create a simple texture in this Lacy Pyramid Knit Afghan. The knit afghan pattern might look intimidating, but once you get the hang of the triangle motif all you have to do is repeat the stitch for 32 rows.

Just going from the picture on the site where the free pattern is listed, this looks like an older pattern unless the photo has a filter on it to make it look retro. The afghan size is 46 x 60 so this is a nice size to use as a throw for snuggling up on the sofa. It only has 32 rows as shown and the pattern is repeated.

I enjoy making lacy afghan and blankets as special gifts, so I think I will add this pyramid pattern to my list! It is not difficult to make, just takes time and concentration. I would probably make it either in a color to match someone's decor or a light color like aqua, sand, or sky blue.

I could not find the pattern for this one.
