The pattern is lovely and "technically free" but the website requires you to use their shopping cart to get it. Then you must fill in a form that asks for your name, address, phone number. I don't give anyone that information unless I know the website and am purchasing. I will not be getting the pattern. It isn't safe to give a stranger that kind of information for a free pattern.

Well, the pattern is technically free, but you do have to put it in your shopping cart on the site and give your name, address, and other information to check out with it. It looks like a pretty and interesting scarf to make but would prefer it would have been easily available like other patterns on this site.

another scarf that I have to knit - wish I knew what it is about these scarves, but I am addicted. This one has a strong appeal to it and I know that before I finish that stained glass sweater I will have to knit it - would like it done in this colour and again in an olive drab don't know why but it seems to be telling me that it needs to be done in that colour. Ever have a project tell you how it wants to be knit?

Must do this one ASAP!

Now that it's Spring, I'd love to see more free patterns of sleeveless shells, casual vests, and short-sleeve tops.
