"This top is knitted sideways and all in one piece. There is no need to sew the pieces together because its already on piece only. It's knitted all in garter stitch and uses short rows to shape it. It's great to show off variegated yarn without the seam-effect that comes from sewing seperate pieces together. It's not a stitch-by-stitch pattern with stitch and row counts for various sizes but rather a tutorial on how to knit a top like this. So this top is completely configurable to your wishes and your shape."

I was a little disappointed. I was expecting a pattern. I guess it would be good for a challenge. There is quite a bit to learn from this. I may be up to this at another time so I will save it. I prefer something with no assembly as well.

I was interested to look at this pattern because I'm not big on sewing seams, so I wanted to see how it was done in one piece. It turns out the pattern is way beyond my skill level, but it might be something to work towards for the future. It does produce a very custom fit top by using your own measurements.
