Stash Buster Socks

By: Chris from Chris Knits in Niagara

It's time to clean our your yarn bin with this easy knit sock pattern. The Stash Buster Socks are a great way to clear out old yarn to make room for...more yarn! These simple socks are a quick project and make a great last minute gift for anyone who enjoys a cozy pair of socks. The Stash Buster Socks look great with self-pattern sock yarn, but solid color baby weight yarn works just as well.

This is a great pattern for knitting up a set of socks quickly. The designer uses two strands of yarn held together, a self striping and a solid, and she changes to two strands of solid for the accent areas. The socks are knit on size six needles so they will be bulky and warm.

The pattern states it is EASY, however, when you click on the pattern instructions, it states it is DIFFICULT. I think it is DIFFICULT myself since you need to know how to knit with two different colors.

Hi betrujillo6492 0842397, Thanks for your suggestion. We have updated the pattern difficulty. -Editors of AllFreeKnitting
