I am an "easy" level knitter, and, believe me, this is not a beginner level pattern. I found it a bit hard to knit as the yarn is not that easy to work with and the pattern is not as easy as it looks.

I'm a fairly proficient knitter but I still found the scarf a delight to knit. And for a beginner it would look as if you had accomplished a much more difficult pattern. Love it

This is a beautiful lacy scarf! Looking at the picture reminds me that winter wont be here forever. I love the colors used here, too! The pattern is really easy to follow, and seems like it would work up rather quickly! I cant wait to get to the craft store and get some yarn to make this beautiful scarf!

I fell in love with the delicate lace look of this pattern when I first saw it. I couldn't believe that it was posted in the beginners section until I read the pattern. I assumed that it would be more difficult to achieve, but it really isn't. I think that any beginning or advanced knitter would be pleased with the results from this pattern. It's nice that it has a light and airy feel that you could wear in the spring or early fall time. I will make some of these up for my local craft sale and probably as gifts as well.

another delicate looking spring scarf - great for gift or self. Delightful design and a gift that would make someone very happy
