This is wonderful, a lovely change from the 'beanies' and toques, and with so much class and style. I have to knit it right away to be able to wear it right away --

Oh I LOVE this hat - knitted hats are warm but they're not always terribly stylish. This is really smart and I could wear it for work. I've never knitted with double ended needles before, so it will be a great learning experience. I'm not sure about where to start - does anyone have any tips for working in the round?

can't get the patter.can you please email it to me? or tell me how to find the pattern? can't rate pattern, as can't get it, but the hat would get 5 stars us if I could!!

Hello jasd41 3264165, we just tried to access the pattern and everything seems to be working fine. Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader or something similar on your computer in order to view the PDF? If you're still having trouble, we suggest contacting the designer directly and she may be able to send you a copy of the pattern. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Can this be done on circular needles.

Why not, it looks like a basic stockinette stitch. Just don't forget that when knitting stockinette in the round every row is a knit row.

@RoklDo A 20s style hat, "Flapper" Short hair was all the rage! With a few face framing curls, you could have a real 20s look.

My hope is that I could wear this hat with my short hair and not have it look weird.
