By: Free Vintage Knitting
Rita Hayworth Long Gloves

Long gloves never looked better than when Rita wore them. Clothe yourself in classic Hollywood glamor with free vintage knitting patterns like the Rita Hayworth Long Gloves. Even if this is your first time learning how to knit gloves, you'll love this simple yet sophisticated pattern. For more beginner-friendly fingerless gloves, simply cast off after you've finished working in pattern instead of knitting the fingers. No matter what you do to make this pattern your own, you'll have almost as much fun knitting these gloves as taking them off.

I would never wear a pair of gloves like this, but I love them and I want to knit them! There's something soothing about using small needles and a repeating pattern that you don't get with other patterns. This is one of those vintage patterns that have such grace and elegance that they are hard to resist.
