  5. Rpt 3-4 eleven times.

  6. Row 5: BO 13 sts, k3.

  7. Row 6: (Now working on just 4 sts.) sl 1, across.

  8. Rpt row 6 forty times. BO all sts & sew BO edge to top of bib, forming a strap.
