Notes:

  1. Sl st as if to p with working yarn to the WS.
  2. Carry unused color along edge, twisting with working color every other row

Using A, CO 119 sts.

K 10 rows (5 ridges).

Rows 1 and 3 (RS): Using B, k5, *k4, sl 1; rep from * to last 9 sts, k9.
Row 2: Using B, k5, *p4, sl 1; rep from * to last 9 sts, p4, k5.
Row 4: Using B, k5, *p to last 5 sts, k5.
Rows 5 and 7: Using A, k5, *k4, sl 1; rep from * to last 9 sts, k9.
Row 6: Using A, k5, *p4, sl 1; rep from * to last 9 sts, p4, k5.
Row 8: Using A, k5, p to last 5 sts, k5.

Rep Rows 1-8 until blanket measures 29" (74cm), ending after Row 4.

Using A, k 10 rows. BO loosely. Weave in ends.
