This is a very dramatic and eye-catching afghan pattern! I think it will work with most colors as long as they are bright, to make a good contrast with the black. So you could make it to match a particular room's decor, and it would make a fabulous gift for someone.

Hi, busybeeanne 7822219. The full pattern appears on the pattern designer's blog, and therefore there may be several comments and such below the pattern. I would recommend copying and pasting the pattern into a Word document and printing that way, or highlighting the pattern and clicking "selection" instead of "all" when printing. This is beautiful. I don't really like doing afghans because I find them repetitive, boring & oh so long to complete, but, this one looks like it won't become a UFO.
