These are adorable. I have always crocheted my little flowers and never really even considered a knit version of them for anything. I am very much interested in the process just because it is so different from what I am used to doing.

I have seen lots of patterns for crocheted flowers but not so many for knitted ones. This one is the simplest knit one I've seen so far. Great for using up leftover bits of yarn since you can use whatever colors and weights you have on hand, and a cute use for the odd buttons in the sewing box.

This pattern if for sure a pattern to pin on Pinterest. I have just done so. These adorable flower's will look absolutely beautiful on a little girls headband. They are easy to knit and are complete before you even realize you are knitting. I have a tub full of butterflies (pattern also found on this amazing site) which a use for gift toppers. I am now going to start a tub with flowers in all colors. I am positive that is you use different thickness in yarn and knitting needles one can create different size flowers. If you have tried this will you please let me know how your flowers came out. I will also let you know once I have knitted mine if this works or not. Happy flower knitting!!!!

Very pretty and a great stash buster. These are perfect to add to solid-colored felted bags or as decoration on a little girl's sweater or belt. And great for hiding stains. -)
