This is a very eco-friendly pattern! When I first saw it I thought that the pantyhose would stretch out over time. However, looking at the pattern I saw it is knitted over a hair elastic, which is a great idea. I'm sure you could do this with old tights, which would be colorful.

Cute idea. You could probably make a headband by modifying the pattern somewhat, enlarging the circle. Would be a good experiment.

this seems to be a loop that never gets to the pattern.. oh well..
