The instructions are not available any longer. I am soooooo disappointed!

how much yarn do I need for the cozy cowl ? thanks jennis stp

This pattern looks like fun, and easy to work up quickly. I was wondering, though, what it would look like in a self-striping or variegated yarn. Sometimes if the pattern is textured it looks good in a multicolor yarn, but sometimes it doesn't. I think it might be okay. Any thoughts on this from anyone?

I think this would look fantastic with multicolored yarn! I've seen other patterns on AFK that are similar in shape and are ribbed that use multicolored yarn and they look great. I hope you try it and submit a picture!

This cowl is ideal for the early knitter - lots of practise in knit and purl to build confidence in the basic stitches - and ideal to set off any and every outfit you choose to pair it with from casual to sophisticated. It is another cowl that knits up quickly. How fast? So fast you will think it is knitting itself
