Summer Socks

By: Stephanie from blog.a-common-thread.com
Summer Socks

With just a hint of neon color on the toe, heel and trim, these Summer Socks are practical, playful and perfect for warmer weather. Knit sock patterns are also wonderful projects for lazy summer afternoons. Make your own pair entirely in the stockinette stitch and wear them all season long! These summer socks are also very practical to wear during the summer because the yarn is made with light yarn, which allows feet to breathe rather than be smothered by the boiling summer heat. Furthermore, these socks are cozy and durable to survive any adventure no matter where it is.

This pattern is good for someone who has knit socks before. I don't think it is good for a beginner, I do like the video that is included because to me heels are the hardest part of making socks and there can never be too many videos for me, especially to learn new techniques. I love home made socks and this is why I continue to make them. I have small feet and home made socks just fit better. I like socks like these, especially in the warm weather. Thank you.
