This is such a cute hat. I am letting my hair go gray and it's the perfect length to cover it up while it's going through that awkward stage. I can knit up one in several colors to match all of my clothing.

This hat also has a matching cowl which makes these a perfect gifting set or a just for yourself accessory item and is also great because the hat was made with the yarn leftover from the making of the cowl. The hat is knit on circular needles so you need to be familiar working with those before you begin this.

I really like the look of this beanie. It has an easy to follow pattern and the texture makes it look anything but ordinary. You don't need much yarn and with the bigger needles it will work up fast. Thank you.
