"This super fun baby blanket pattern is perfect for beginner knitters. All you need to know is how to knit, purl, cast on, and bind off. The finished blanket measures 28″ wide X 38″ long and is great for a baby boy or girl. Combine different colours for a new look each time you make it. You will love that this is one of those patterns where once you get the first few rows down, you can pretty much just knit on autopilot."

This is so pretty! I love that it's understated but visually interesting. I love knitting baby blankets for charity, and I'll definitely try this pattern!

This is a very cute pattern for a baby blanket! The only thing I would change is I would double the garter stitch borders from 2 stitches to 4 to help keep the edges from curling. The lavender color is perfect for the gender neutral trend in baby clothes and accessories.
