I need help with the 4th of July Party Purse. Starting with 26 stiches and on row 2 after the * Sl purl wise, K1, YO, PSSO both the knit stick and the YO, K2 (I just lost a stitch) When do you increase in order to keep the purse from shrinking? Help!!! Thanks. Jan

Hi Jan, I just started working on this bag and haven't needed to add any stitches. I'll try to explain what I'm doing... On row 2, K2, then slip the nxt st to the rt. needle purl wise, k1, wrap yarn around rt needle, then pass the slipped stitch back over the knitted st and the wrapped yarn, knit 2 sts then repeat, starting with slipping the stitch. The slipped stitches and the yarn overs make up for each other. I hope this helps :)
