made a few pair of these last winter (2011-12). donated them to hospital... too cute. Made 2 pair for my friends grandchildren, 2 & 4 yrs old, took a couple tries to size them up and grandson wouldn't wear them... too scary??! how cute is that?

No, I wouldn't make them. They look ugly to me, and probably somebody would think, "boy, that person really can't knit anything nice, can they!"

I would knit them for both a boy or girl, green for the boy and purple for the girl.

To knit or not to knit ... well Halloween is coming up soon. Knit pants and a hoodie put some ears on it. And well .... who says baby can't go trick or treating. If I had a little one I'd make it. Its too cute not to.
