3 Fashionable Knit Sweater Patterns

By: Audrey Huggett, Editor for AllFreeKnitting.com

Call me strange, but I am actually quite fond of the cold weather.  There’s nothing like a bitterly cold winter day to make you appreciate the simple things in life, like a cozy sweater and a mug of tea.  It may be that my love of sweaters fuels, or at least feeds into, my love of winter.  I always feel incredibly prepared for snow drifts, no matter how tall, when I’ve got a hand knit sweater on.  These marvelous knit sweater patterns might not convince you to love winter, but you’ll certainly enjoy the season a little more.  Don’t let winter catch you unawares this season; knit up a sweater that will keep you warm all winter long.

This trio is a great combination of looks each summer my mother would knit a grouping of sweaters - pullovers, tops, hats to match, cardigans ... so I would have a new sweater wardrobe for the new semester this would make a great basis for such a wardrobe
