These are so simple to make and the link also has the pattern in crochet for those who prefer that to knitting. It is a great way to use up oddments of yarn as you don't need very much for each one. They would be great to use to stick on hairslides or hairbands. You could also make brroches out of them or use them as embellishments for other projects such as jumpers or vests. They are super quick to make and so you could make a whole batch of them in different colours in one go very quickly.
