This is a beautiful pattern for a beginner who wants to advance beyond garter stitch into lacework. Very elegant! Can't wait to try it.

Knitting this pattern was a breeze! Super easy to follow and fun for a Christmas gift. I found the amount of yarn listed in the pattern was a little short for the length I wanted and I wasn't planning on blocking, so I ended up using almost 3 skeins.

What a beautiful scarf! Yet so easy to knit. It is an ideal pattern for beginners it will be a nice and quick pattern for the last minute gift. One can make it for oneself as well. I truly like the nice and bright blue colour. I think I will make it for my niece.
