The 10 Day Quick Knit Baby Blanket is a great way to make something useful out of yarn odds and ends. For this easy baby blanket, pick out your yarn based on the colors you want in your blanket--they don't have to be of the same thickness or texture! Knitting a baby blanket doesn't have to be an intimidating process, and this knit baby blanket pattern shows you how to knit a baby blanket quickly and easily. Break out the cheeriest colors from your yarn stash and get knitting! And remember, you can use any yarn color and weight pairings you can like; just knit double or triple strand as needed to help keep your stripes an even size.

This blanket is perfect for beginners. Using the right yarn and right size needles, it should knit up fast and look great. I knit for charity so this blanket will go on my list. I can even make it wider and longer for a child and an adult. It is a great stash buster as well. Thank you.

Always a good project to donate to charities - a way to pay it forward and practice your new knitting skills. #BestIdeaEver

Hi poppop1013 0940103, I clicked on the pink button at the top of the page and it took me right to the page where the pattern is published. The designer uses a variety of leftover yarns for the blanket. I would caution new knitters to make sure the yarn is of similar fibers, for example don't mix wool and synthetic yarns if you plan to wash the blanket.
