Slant Pocket Beach Bag

Use this cute felted knitted purse pattern to make a chic Slant Pocket Beach Bag. Since this bag is meant to be felted, try not to worry too much over the gauge. The main body of this fantastic bag is knit from the bottom up.

Looks very nice and would make it...I have not looked at the pattern yet, but nice with the pocket in front....will try it out..ty!

I'd definitely make this bag. But i think I'd make it a little larger. As my girlfriend pointed out, we carry very big Beach Towels . Love the pockets

I will make, I like all the extra pockets, you don't usually see them on knit bags of any type.

Beautiful bag! I've printed the pattern and I'm ready to get started. This will be my first attempt at felting. Thanks for the pattern!

I love the blending of the Malabrigo. Thanks for the pattern

yes, i would knit this bag. It is really cute and stylish. thanks for the great pattern.

This bag looks great I'm going to give it a try. It will be my first try at felting.

The bag is very cute, but I probably wouldn't knit it. It is too small for me. I need a large hobo-type bag, and all the pockets and central compartment must close. This would be cute for young people or for someone who prefers a smaller bag.

Yes, I have downloaded the instructions.

Yes, I would!!

I absolutely would knit this! It's really sharp and the yarn colors in the Malabrigo are gorgeous!

Yes, I would knit this bag, and felt it. It is darling with that slanted pocket! I would use it for more than just as a beach bag :)

Without even reading the pattern I will knit it up. I've never felted on purpose, but I might just do that! And in orange of course!

Yes I would knit this bag, but I am not sure if I would felt it. I am not a big fan of felting, but I like the shape, etc. but as with some of the other comments, I would probably use as a purse or shopping bag. Might even make a great overnight bag. Shirley

I think this is darling, but I've never felted before because I am allergic to wool, and break out if I knit with it very long, so I probably wouldn't make it. I know there are other felting techniques out there, but am not sure how they work or if you still need 100% wool. Does anyone know?

I would knit this. It looks great, but probably would use as a purse or tote rather than a beach bag.

Yes I would knit this slant pocket bag... I see it as a wonderful go green shopping bag with a great way to organize the coupons planned to use for the trip to the grocery store

Yes, I might knit this bag. It looks like fun.
