King Me Scarf (checkers pun)

Two for 'One'

How about Giant Checkerboard for the scarf name?

Jekyll & Hyde Scarf! Definitely!

Personally, I love the "no name" name. Our son had a favorite stuffed donkey 40 years ago whom he named "no name". Since then we've located 4 roads called "no name" st. or rd.; so obviously, it's an OK name.

I would call this the "Go Team" scarf, since it it made in the team/school colors. I just finished a knit hat with this yarn, and will make the scarf next.

How about "The Academic" :)

nduck This scarf should be "The Collegiate" Make it in school colors of your choice.

The scarf should be "The Collegiate". Make it in school colors of your choice.

I would like to call this scarf because of the colors used the . I am from Austria and we celebrate St.Nikolaus and his devilish Companion Krampus (the Devil) on December 5th and 6th. All wear red and black on this days!)

Looks like a grown-up Harry Potter to me, so how about - "The Harold Potter"

I think the name of the scarf should be "Brazenly Bold" since the blocks are boldly visible. CAV

I think the name should be Cobra. The snake like look of the scarf and the macho sound of the work Cobra make a striking combination for a handsome macho guy, wearing the Cobra scarf!

The Name of the Scarf Should be MY Guys Scarf

Santa's Helper

I will name this scarf " The College Scarf" and it can be made in different combinations of teams and/or fraternity colors.

The name should be "Checkerboard".

How about Team Spirit Scarf...because I am going to use this pattern to knit a scarf for my nephew who is attending college at WSU in Maroon & Silver :)

I think Stop and Go Scarf would be a good name. You stop one color and go to the next.

This is EXACTLY like the Harry Potter scarf for Griffindore Hall in the Harry Potter Series. I made my grandson one about 7 years ago. He thought he was soooo cool! He was 5 years old! S Fuller

Well, since you can knit it in any two colors for any team or school, I would say "The Dream Team"

I love the scarf and as it reminds me of a game board, I'd name it Checkmate or Manly Checks.

Winning Checkerboard Scarf

The Cardinal Rule...since those are the colors of the University of Louisville Cardinals. I'm sure they are the colors of many schools...but THIS one is my school!

Warming stripes

How about 'Bold Foot Forward' - he's ready for action!

Real He-Man Scarf

It reminds me of a game of checkers, so maybe "Checkerboard" would work.

What about a dramatic name like Fire in the Dark!

What do you think? Name should be Stadium Scarf as it can be knitted in any school color.

What do you think? Name should be Stadium Scarf as it can be knitted in any school color.

Men's Rugby Scarf

I knitted this pattern in "My Team" colors as a gift. So, My Team Scarf sounds reasonable to me.

Neck check scarf

The Cute Boy Scarf

I think Block Buster Scarf is the best name for this .

I think the scarf should be called the Waldo (after "Where's Waldo" since he wears a stripped scarf just like that.)

"At the Game"

I suggest the name "scarlet king" like the scarlet king snake that has red and black rings.

This scarf reminds me of Saturday afternoon in the park.

The scarf looks like "varsity scarf" to me

I suggest the name be The HE-MAN Scarf

fab footy scarf

"The Hunk Scarf" or "The Hunk" or "Hunk" because when the men wear this they will look like a "hunks".

I recommend Rugby scarf. It looks like the stripes on a Rugby shirt. Very manly.

Checkerboard Scarf

I think you should call this the Lady Bug Scarf, no it is not spotted, but it is the colours of a Lady Bug.

I was thinking along same lines- "Checker Board Scarf".

I think this scarf should be named "checkers" because of the colors in it being like those on a checkerboard and also, the shapes of the blocks of color on the scarf being fairly square like on a checkerboard.
