Terrace Wrap

The Terrace Wrap is an intermediate knitting pattern that will create the lightweight knit scarf you've needed to complete that one outfit. This free knit scarf pattern uses silk yarn and smaller gauge needles to ensure that light-as-a-feather feel when you put the scarf on. It's wide, and can easily be used as a shawl as well as a scarf. The Dutch knitting stitch also gives the knit scarf a more airy and delicate look, perfect for super-hot summer days when you still want that extra layer of color and protection.

This is another Purl Soho stunner! I've been knitting a long time, but I've never heard of the Dutch knitting stitch. I love it when I get to learn a new stitch AND have a beautiful scarf in the end.
