What girl can resist a fitted cardigan with lace detailing and ribbed edging? Certainly not me! The Cranberry Lace Cardigan, called Miette on the Untangling Knots, is one of those elegant easy knit cardigan sweater patterns that every knitter needs to have. Cropped and accented with scallop eyelets, you'll love having this sweater as part of your fall wardrobe.

This sweater reminds me of something Bernadette from The Big Bang Theory might wear. She seems fond of close fitting sweaters and dresses. I love all the detailing especially the doubled up number of buttons. It makes this perfect little cardigan stand out from the rest.

I need HELP!!! I lost my printed out pattern of a cardi that was empire waist and short sleeves. It starts out with 1/2 in. of seed pattern then switches to Stockinette to the empire waist the another half inch of seed pattern. Can't find it on here again. It was pictured in a beige color. I have it halfway done!! Could someone find me the complete name so I can search it or send the pattern to me by email to: PLEASE??? Thanks in advance. Sheryl

Was it the Emily Summer Sweater that you were referring to? Sorry I have only just seen your plea for assistance. You have probably found it by now but I have been looking at the posts to see if you had said that you found it. Hope if you did that your sweater was a success.

I love the look of this sweater.

I made this sweater this Spring in a beautiful peachy pink color. It turned out fantastic and have had many compliments on it. I made the size 34 and it was very snug but that is the way I intended. I wear a 4-6 and it fit me to a tee! Thanks for sharing!!

I too am a 4-6 and used the 34 bust size-- I should have gone up a size - it is quite snug - making it again going up a size . thanks

I didn't d/l the pattern but on the main page of her blog it has the sizes as 34 (38, 42) busts.

Hi I just downloaded the instructions for this sweater and want to know about the sizes. I need to knit one in small and one medium. I am assuming the 34 is medium is this correct? Thank you Ruth Wright

I just finished this sweater and am so pleased with how it turned out. I normally wear a medium size top,( 34" bust) but knit this in small as I wanted it to be very fitted. Turned out great. Good luck.
