This is a sweet little blanket, and not to difficult to make, although like any lace pattern you have to keep track of where you are in it. I find for patterns like this that printing them out and then marking off rows as I work through them helps me remember, especially when I have to put my work down and come back to it.

Beautiful baby blanket, I think it would become a family heirloom. I especially love the little cat foot prints. It seems like this is a nice introduction to lace knitting. The center lace motif is not overly large or complex. Thanks for sharing
