Easy Peasy Hearts

Quick and easy to make, these Easy Peasy Hearts are a fun and creative way to show someone how much they mean to you. The easy knitting pattern is also a great way to clear out your yarn stash! These hearts are perfect for appliques on your favorite shirts and bags, too. 

From the blogger: "Perfect for Valentine's Day or any time you want to share the love, I just had to share my simple pattern for making hearts. I found a handful of patterns online. Some of them I couldn't follow just reading them. A few, I actually tried, but just couldn't seem to figure it out. So, I made my own. The secret is knitting the heart sideways! This project includes two patterns for two different size hearts. Selecting different yarns and needles will also give you a range of sizes. Add a knit or crochet border for added variety and enjoy!

"Note: This heart is knit garter stitch sideways  from one side to the other (not from bottom to top). I searched online for a simple knit heart pattern that I could understand and follow. After several missteps and failed attempts, I decided to create my own and do it sideways! The size of your completed heart will depend on your yarn, needle size, and the gauge at which you knit (garter stitch)."
