    • 620-12 Heliotrope (MC) – 2 (3, 4) skeins
    • 620-04 Amber Waves (CC) – 1 (2, 2) skeins
  • Needles: Your arms!
  • Notions: Tapestry needle, sewing needle and thread

Gauge achieved in sample in for which finished measurements are based:

NOTES

This vest is worked by knitting with your arms. Knit as you would normally knit, except use your arms instead of knitting needles!
When changing colors, use the intarsia method, twisting the strands together to prevent holes from forming in your work.
 
Armholes in this vest are made by working a k2tog yo.


 
VEST
With MC, cast on 6 (7, 7) sts to your left arm.
 
Front
Row 1: With MC, knit.
Row 2: With MC k4 (5, 5), with CC k2.
Row 3: With CC k2, with MC k4 (5, 5).
Rows 4 & 5: Rep Rows 2 & 3.
Row 6 (Armhole row): With MC k2 (3, 3), k2tog, yo, with CC k2.
Rep Rows 2 & 3, 0 (1, 2) more times.
 
Back
Row 1: With CC k2, with MC k4 (5, 5).
Row 2: With MC k4 (5, 5), with CC k2.
Rows 3-8 (10, 12): Rep Rows 1 & 2.
 
Front
Row 1 (Armhole row): With CC k2, with MC yo, k2 (3, 3)
