Special Stitches
1/1 RPC (1 over 1 right purl cross) = Slip next stitch to cable needle and hold in back, k1, then p1 from cable needle.
1/1 LPC (1 over 1 left purl cross) = Slip next stitch to cable needle and hold in front, p1, then k1 from cable needle.
3/4 LC (3 over 4 left cross) = Slip next 3 stitches to cable needle and hold in front, k4, then, k3 from cable needle.
4/4 LC (4 over 4 left cross) = Slip next 4 stitches to cable needle and hold in front, k4, then k4 from cable needle.
inc-2 = (P1, k1, p1) all in next stitch—2 stitches increased.
inc-4 = (K1, p1, k1, p1, k1) all in next stitch—4 stitches increased.
kfb (Knit into front and back) = Knit next st but do not remove from needle, knit into back loop of same st and remove from needle.
LT (Left Twist) = Knit into the back of the second stitch on the left needle leaving the stitch on the needle, knit the first stitch on the left needle, slipping both stitches off the needle.
pfb (Purl into front and back) = Purl next st but do not remove from needle, purl into back loop of same st and remove from needle.
RT (Right Twist) = Knit into the front of the second stitch on the left needle leaving the stitch on the needle, knit the first stitch on the left needle, slipping both stitches off the needle.
skp = Slip next stitch as if to knit to right needle, knit next stitch, lift slipped stitch over knit stitch and off needle.

Notes
1. Throw begins with 7 rows of Moss stitch. The body of Throw is worked in 4 different cable patterns with Moss stitch side borders.
2. Markers are placed to separate stitches of each different cable pattern. Count the number of stitches between markers frequently and compare this number with the number of stitches indicated for the specific row within the pattern stitch definitions.
3. Cable patterns can be worked by reading the written instructions or following the charts.
