Wild Garden Knit Shawl

Wild Garden Knit Shawl

If the stunning colors aren't enough to make you want to make the Wild Garden Knit Shawl, the textures are. Not enough free knitting patterns utilize blocks of different stitches. It's a bold move, but it works. The five different colors of yarn are reminiscent of an untamed field of wildflowers, from a pale cream to a vibrant orchid. This piece will work as a lovely spring or summer shawl, but looks just as pretty in the wintertime to bring a pop of color to the cold, monochromatic, snowy scenery.
