    Contrast A Blue Glitter (45002) - 1 ball
    Contrast B Gold Glitter (45004) - 1 ball
  • Size U.S. 10½ (6.5 mm) knitting needles. Gauge is not important for this project.

INSTRUCTIONS

With A, cast on 30 sts.
1st row: (WS). Knit.
2nd row: With B, Inc1 in first st. Knit to last 2 sts. K2tog.
3rd row: With B, knit.
4th row: With A, Inc1 in first st. Knit to last 2 sts. K2tog.
Last 4 rows form Stripe Pat I.
Rep last 2 rows, keeping cont of Stripe Pat I, until work from beg along side edge measures approx 12" [30.5 cm], ending with 2 rows of B.

 

With A, rep last 2 rows 3 times.
With B, rep last 2 rows 3 times.
Rep last 12 rows of Stripe Pat I until work from beg along side edge measures approx 24" [61 cm], ending with 6 rows of B.

 

*With A, rep last 2 rows 6 times.


With B, rep last 2 rows 6 times.* Rep from * to * once more.

 

Proceeding in Stripe Pat I, rep last 2 rows until both hanks of A and B have been used, ending on a RS row. Cast off.
