There's no better way to welcome a new family member than to show your love through a fuzzy, warm blanket. Beginner knitters will adore this Soft, Easy Baby Throw pattern. A basic garter stitch makes up the bulk of this baby blanket pattern, so the most difficult part is increasing and decreasing, but you'll pick that up in no time. Since the pattern is very basic, this is a great project for traveling. You wont need to keep track of charts or cable needles, just knit this cute blanket whenever you have time and you'll be done before you know it.
