Row 4: Work in pattern to last 6 sts, p2, cast on 2 sts, p2.
Rows 5-6: Work in K2, p2 rib.
Row 7: K2, p2, k1, kfb, work in K2, p2 rib to last 6 sts, kfb, k1, p2, k2 – 168 sts.
Row 8 (Wrong Side): P2, k2, p2, beginning with Row 1, work in Cable st to last 6 sts, p2, k2, p2.
*Keep first and last 6 sts in K2, p2 rib and remaining sts in Cable st, work until piece measures 2½” [6.5 cm], end with a wrong side row. Repeat Buttonhole Row, casting on 2 sts over bind-off sts of Buttonhole Row on next row.
