How to Knit the Farrow Rib Stitch
How to Knit the Farrow Rib Stitch

Looking for a simple knit-and-purl combination stitch that's a breeze for beginners? The farrow rib stitch is just the technique you've been looking for. This simple rib variation brings traditional stockinette-based ribbing and the always exciting seed stitch together in one beautiful pattern.

Not only is this stitch simple to work, but it's a two-row repeat stitch, which makes it very easy to memorize. You'll practically be knitting this pattern in your sleep! Give it a try, and you'll also notice that it has some really nice texture that makes this so much more than just a boring old rib stitch.
