I love this clutch and can't wait to make one or two or three! I think I could make one without the strap in black or gray and another with a strap in a more casual color to go with jeans. I would like a way to secure the clutch closed. Any ideas? Perhaps a button could be added and a button hole incorporated into the flap? Has anyone tried that or some other method of securing the flap in place?

These cute little purses will be great for making up as gifts. The pattern looks easy and has clear instructions,so it should be smooth sailing to make one. I've never used the t-shirt yarn before. Are there any tips or pointers that I should know?
