Why is it that when I click on a free pattern I NEVER get the pattern. I try a few times without any luck. what am I doing wrong? Please help. I get so frustrated when I see a pattern I would like to knit, only never to get to see the pattern!

Hi mickvee 0652626, We just texted the pattern link and have verified that it works. You may be having issues viewing the pattern if your browser is out of date. We recommend using the latest version. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

Excuse us. We just *tried the pattern link.

Where in directions does it say to connect the yarn to make it round, I've never used a circular needle???

It is not made in the round - the circ needle is used simply because there are a lot of sts. You can use straight needles you would just have to make sure they are long ones. I prefer the circs because they are less cumbersome.

Where do you connect it to make it round? Nothing in the directions. I've never used a round needled.

you don't connect it-you knit with the circular needles just as you would straights, it allows you to manage a large amount of stitches more easily. hope this helps.

This scarf worked up beautiful - thanks!

Opens fine for me. I would say this is definitely a beginner pattern - super easy and super fast.

is this not graded (beginner, intermediate, advanced) because it's new? also, be aware the pattern 'expand' feature doesn't work with Chrome. :D Firefox works!
