This hat is so cute, especially for kids, but I don't see instructions for that. How many stitches would you cast on for a child's hat? And it's great that there's a matching fingerless glove pattern (and I hope the designer just adds the link for that in this post someday).

Lovely texture and so easy. I will be knitting this cute hat in lots of color combinations for donations and gifts. This one goes in the save file.

Just finished a Candy Shoppe Hat for my daughter. Red and white- Christmas colors ) used 6mmm for brim and 10 for rest.

No problem opening pattern. Love the alternate color combination!

The pattern opened fine for me. 9-17-13

Can't pull up pattern.

The pattern won't come up, in fact not from any website including the authors blog site.

How do I print this pattern?

I have the same problem with trying to open this pattern as luceskristie. Could you possibly send it to me .

I am unable to open this pattern. When clicking on the link it just goes to a scrambled page. To bad too because this hat is very cute.

Hi luceskristie9, the link appears to be working on our end. The site might have been having issues earlier, so give it a try again and see what happens. Thanks!
