Perfect in Periwinkle Lace Infinity Scarf

By: Alyssa from

Sometimes a delicate touch is all you need. Unlike bulky knits in flashy colors, the Perfect in Periwinkle Lace Infinity Scarf matches pastel color with dainty lace for a lovely ladylike effect. This infinity scarf pattern is perfect for transitional weather that's not quite cold enough for chunkier knits. The eyelet lace is especially stunning when knit with a sequined yarn to reflect the bright sun. The pride you'll feel in being able to tell others this is an infinity scarf knitting pattern you made yourself may not exactly ladylike, but it will be well earned.

This is such a pretty lace pattern! I don't wear scarfs at all so I couldn't make it for myself, but surely there is someone who would like to have it. If all else fails, I will use the pattern stitch for something else. It would be gorgeous to make bedroom curtains with it.

feminine and soft looking - have the perfect yarn for it -- although I too think I should prefer not to use a sequined yarn... want to maintain that softness wish there were an hour in every minute to have more time to knit

I have some lovely silk and mohair yarn in the prettiest shade of teal. I think I will knit this little cowl minus the sequins, since it will feel so luxurious against my skin. It might be useful to have a row counter with this project so I can keep track of where I am.

The scarf looks very soft and delicate in the pale blue colored yarn. I like how the sequins sit randomly on the lacy scarf, adding a little bit of glitter that is sure to dress up a simple spring outfit! The scarf will be a great addition to my closet and is sure to become a favorite.
