This is such an easy pattern and to think just adding the embroidery and you have a designer scarf. I don't know much about the designer but I know he is popular. This will make a nice addition to my wardrobe and also good for gifts. This will work up quickly. Thank you.

Now Michael Kors is one of my favourite designers, not that I can afford to own any of his designs! A girl can dream though. This infinity scarf is so gorgeous - simple, understated, elegant.exactly like Mr Kors himself so well done to Gina for the pattern. And I already have the perfect yarn in my ever expanding stash of yarns that I fall in love with and just cant resist buying so this is definitely my next project!

Does anyone know the length ? It said the width was 28". I will try with a worsted weight, but don't know how deep to make it.

Hi there! I guess the length is up to you. I would try out different lengths with an existing scarf or cowl or even just a tape measure around my neck. Good luck!

If you wanted to use chain, I think it would be a matter of acquiring the colour and type of chain you prefer cutting it to length and then tacking it in place (I would use invisible thread) This particular cowl is a favourite pattern - have knit it as a gift three or four times as it does not require a whole lot of concentration, then used the metallic thread in blanket stitch as well as in the simpler stitches shown, also used semi-precious stones but never thought of the chain -- shall have to knit it again and use chain -- thanks for the idea.

A Michael Kors look at less than half the price is my kind of project! It is a great idea to knit this infinity scarf in a simple K2 P2 rib pattern. But I would like to go all the way and have a chain instead of the stitches using metallic silver embroidery floss. Anyone have an idea on how to do that?

This scarf is so pretty and unique, and definitely more affordable than buying the real thing. I also love that it's more of a cowl than a long infinity scarf. Saving this pattern!
