Winter Seeds Cowl

By: Margo Snyder from
Winter Seeds Cowl

Get ready for the cold when you knit the Winter Seeds Cowl. It's simple enough for beginners and uses the seed stitch to make a fantastic textured look. The yarn used is Mint Green and Gray Colorway from Nerd Girl, which we have to say looks stunning in this cowl pattern. You can make this for yourself as a great winter accessory or as a gift for a friend or family member. Anyone would appreciate this knit cowl, especially when winter sneaks up on us.

this delightful as either a cowl or an infinity scarf - and I agree with Kathryn16 that it would be great in spring as well as winter. Once again I wish the designers would take pity on Canadian knitters and provide a Canadian yarn. In some cases the company uses a different colour name for the yarn and while one is fairly sure it is the same one cannot be certain in other cases the yarn does not make it across the border. Most of the time one can order it, but that can take weeks, and I am impatient, I want to start it yesterday

These colors are so beautiful! I know the scarf is meant for winter, but I would definitely wear this pastel delight during the spring months as well.
