revisiting this pattern - there is another long night of hockey two games followed by a couple of hours of boxing - once I finish the first cowl I plan to knit for me (a game and one period should do it), I shall start work on this pattern, It is simple and quick to knit but so sharp when finished -- two more additions to the Christmas drawer. I shall feel so good about myself. Knitting is relaxing and so rewarding

There is a lot of cute detail in this easy, little cowl. Since I have a shorter neck, I can appreciate that it doesn't look and feel like I'm choking with it on, but I can still stay warm. Cute, warm, easy to make, and stylish-my kind of pattern.

This cowl is lovely - wish I could put words to that appeal, but all I can say is that I shall be wearing it with my blue coat and soon

Now that winter is here to stay, I am always looking for new ways to keep warm. This buttoned up knit cowl seems like a quick and easy project to complete in a couple of hours. I think it will look especially nice in a single color like creamy white or beige.

This is a simple cowl pattern that should knit up quickly with the super bulky/super chunky yarn and the easy to follow pattern. I like that it's not super long so would fit inside my coat or jacket. I also like the buttons and the overall texture of the cowl. Pinned!

I knitted a similar cowl to this and it is so warm on a really cold day. This one is slightly bigger than the one I knitted, but would still not be too bulky over a sweater if you don't like super bulky things around your neck (like me).
