"Giving gift cards during the holidays can feel so impersonal. Why not dress up your gift with a cute little Christmas stocking ornament? This project uses less than 10 g of yarn so it's great for the leftover bits and pieces of sock weight yarn in your stash. These mini socks are worked from the leg down, similar to a foot sized sock. This is an easy way to practice your short row heels on a very small scale. And guess what! No second sock syndrome."

I am confused about knitting the ds. In the instructions for the heel, it says to knit 15, ds for Row 1 but doesn't say to continue knitting the rest of that round? I am knitting in the round on 3 dpns so I cannot understand how to do the ds! Help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you )

These are precious. The perfect little ornament and gift card holder. A nice way to give a versatile gift with some thought and effort put into it as well.
